I've searched a little bit in the i-net and it's realizable with html-code. But only admins have access to change this. There's a sub-section (called "embed") of the share-button at the bottom of each youtube-video what shows you the embeding-code.

Now it's possible!!!
For that you've to allow "HTML". You will find this in "Profil" --> "Preferences" and tick "Always allow HTML".
After that, just copy/paste the html-(embeding-)code into your text-box.
